Living in Geins

Geins is a brand-new residential development for young and old, with a total of 134 homes for sale. You can choose from four types, from compact two- or three-room apartments of around 70 m2 to single-family houses and the option of creating multigenerational houses of no less than 149 m2. All apartments, townhouses and single-family houses have their own outside space.

Residents meet each other in the green and sunny courtyard gardens. There are four types of homes in Geins:
