You will enjoy plenty of sunshine here, as half of the apartment consists of a spacious dual-aspect living room with open-plan kitchen. The living room opens onto the roof terrace or walkway balcony, where you can enjoy a well-deserved drink after work. The other half of the apartment has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and storage. You could of course also use one of the bedrooms as a study.
